Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

Google User Data
When you choose to connect your Google Calendar to FieldOps Dispatcher, we request access to the following Google OAuth scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar— read and write access to your Google Calendar
What we access: calendar events, event times, attendees, and availability windows on the calendar(s) you connect.
How we use it: we read existing events to determine when your field technicians are available, and we create, update, or delete events on your calendar when appointments are booked, rescheduled, or cancelled through FieldOps Dispatcher. We do not read or use calendar data for any purpose other than providing this scheduling functionality.
How we store it: Google OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Calendar event data is cached temporarily in Redis with a five-minute expiration to reduce the number of calls we make to Google's API; the cache is automatically invalidated whenever we create, update, or delete an event on your behalf. We also retain the event identifiers of items we created so we can update or remove them later.
Limited Use compliance: FieldOps Dispatcher's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except (a) with your explicit consent, (b) for security investigations, or (c) to comply with applicable law.
Revoking access: you can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your FieldOps Dispatcher account settings, which immediately deletes the stored OAuth tokens. You can also revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of any remaining data, email [email protected].
Your Rights
You have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
